Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Production Time
All items are handmade to order. Because each piece is individually crafted, orders require production time before they are shipped.

Most items are typically completed and ready for dispatch within 7–10 business days. Please note that production times may vary depending on current order volume.

Some items may require longer production times due to their complexity or design. Where applicable, extended production times will be clearly stated in the product description.

Need an Item by a Certain Date?
If you require an item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to confirm current production times. We will do our best to accommodate your request where possible.

Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped using Australia Post. Tracking will be provided once your order has been dispatched where applicable.

Shipping Within Australia
All Australian orders are shipped with a flat rate of $10 AUD per order via Australia Post.

International Shipping
International orders are shipped with Australia Post International services, with shipping costs calculated at checkout.

  • United States: VAT, taxes, and import fees for orders shipped to the United States are included in the shipping price. Customers will not be required to pay additional import charges on delivery.

  • Rest of the World: International customers outside of the United States are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using Australia Post. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the Australia Post service used.

Please note that production time and shipping time are separate, and shipping timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched.

Delays
While we aim to meet our estimated production and shipping timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, Australia Post delays, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding when purchasing handmade products.
